On or around March 19, 2010, all registrants will be contacted at the email s/he provides herein with entry details needed to participate in the online ladder portion of the tournament, including creating a username (if applicable). All Contestants that have a GameBattles.com username prior to the Tournament can use his or her existing username to compete in the tournament. Upon creating a username, if applicable, or using your existing username, each team captain will receive an invitation to compete in a ladder style competition.

The tournament will commence at approximately 5:00 pm Eastern Time ("ET") on April 1, 2010 and conclude at 8:59 pm ET on April 21, 2010. At the end of the ladder round, the top scoring sixty-four (64) teams (subject to the GameBattles.com and Sponsor's verification), as of 9:01 pm ET on April 21 will automatically advance to the next round of the Tournament.
